Seeking patta based on a compromise decree passed in O.S.No.13 of 2015 by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2.Today (26.03.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not produced any relevant documents. Therefore, they have not taken any decision so far.

3.In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has disputed the same and submits that they have submitted the necessary documents.

4.Considering the rival submissions made and also considering the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this writ 2/4
