Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) PETITIONS FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 406, 417 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant approached the 1/3

petitioner and requested him to arrange the job and handed over Rs.1,75,000/- to the petitioner. The petitioner handed over the amount to one M.Muruga in the month of August, 2022. Two others have also handed over a sum of Rs.75,000/- and Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner and the same was also handed over to the said Muruga, who failed to arrange any job as promised. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He has handed over all the money to one Murugan and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, seeks for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that no FIR has been registered sofar. Enquiry is still pending in this case.

5. Let the complaint be enquired and completed within a period of 15 days. If any trouble arises, during the course of enquiry, the petitioners may work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings.
