Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks providing of electricity service connection for the petition mentioned buildings. The writ petition was filed way back in November 2015. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the fourth respondent states that the petitioner has obtained electricity service connection under commercial category. survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition closed as infructuous. No costs.
