ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.161 of 2024 dated 15.04.2024 and to file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.161 of 2024 on 15.04.2024 for the alleged offence under Section 174(3) Cr.P.C.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that they have already examined nine witnesses and they are waiting for expert opinion and seeks two months time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
