ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed directed against the order dated 13.07.2023 in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in O.S.No.220 of 2021.
2. The interlocutory application is filed for condoning the delay in restoring the suit. When the delay was condoned, this Civil Revision Petition was filed before this Court and was pending. When the consequent application of restoring the suit in I.A.No.4 of 2023 came up for hearing again, the plaintiff defaulted and again the said application is dismissed for default.
3. Therefore, under these circumstances, nothing further survives in the Civil Revision Petition to be decided. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infectious. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
