RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in the order dt 23.01.2023 passed in Crl.MP(MD) No. 1046/2023 in Crl.RC(MD) No. 81/2023 directing her to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi once in a week, that is on the first working day of every week at 10.30A.M. Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 81/ 2023 :

To call for the records and set aside the order dt./27/10/2022 passed in Criminal Appeal in CA.No.2/2017 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Paramakudi confirming the order dt.9/3/2016 passed in STC No.355/2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi and thus allow this Criminal Revision Petition.

Respondent side either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1046 of 2023 in Crl.RC.(MD)No.81 of 2023 dated 23.01.2023.

2.In pursuance to the directions of this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi has submitted a report stating that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner appeared before the said Court on every Monday from 06.02.2023 to 16.09.2024 and that the petitioner did not appear for 10 hearing dates. 3.Recording the same, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on first working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 am., until further orders. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
