PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fifth 1/3

respondent to give police protection to the petitioner from carrying out the smooth functioning of the Mills and pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the fifth respondent to give police protection to the petitioner from carrying out the smooth functioning of the Mills.

2.The petitioner sought police protection to him from carrying out the functioning of the Mills. Now, almost 5 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. 3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
