Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the order of the seventh respondent dated 12.11.2015 and quash the same as illegal, regarding expulsion of the petitioner's daughter M.Naazia, aged 6 years, studying II standard and the petitioner's son M.Ayaz Ahamed, aged 4 years, studying UKG in the school of the seventh respondent, consequently to direct the respondents 7 and 8 to readmit the petitioner's children in the 2/6

respondents 7 and 8 school, and also direct the respondents 7 and 8 to provide adequate compensation for issuing transfer certificates which physically and psychologically seriously affect the petitioner's children, and to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the respondents 7 and 8 by taking into consideration on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2015 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the seventh respondent herein, under which the writ petitioner's daughter was expelled from II standard and the writ petitioner's son was expelled from UKG and seeks to readmit the writ petitioner's children.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 6 to 8, the writ petitioner's daughter had passed 7th standard and 3/6

thereafter, the writ petitioner had obtained the transfer certificate and the writ petitioner's son had passed 6th standard and thereafter, the writ petitioner had obtained the transfer certificate and both the daughter and son of the writ petitioner have left the school on 29.07.2020 and they are no longer studying in the seventh respondent school.

3. In view of the above said facts, the prayer sought for in the writ petition no longer survives to be adjudicated. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
