ORDER

After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, but makes a plea to preserve the rights of writ petitioner to present the gift deed dated 25.06.2010 for registration.

2.Though obvious, if gift deed is presented, the same shall be processed in accordance with law.
