O R D E R

The petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.190 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent police.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.190 of 2015, under section 174 Cr.P.C. and after investigation, the case has been registered under Section 302 I.P.C. and thereafter, again altered to the offence under Section 306 I.P.C and the accused is the husband of the deceased. He further submitted that the investigation is still in progress.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, if the investigation is transferred to other agency, it would affect the entire investigation. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. CRL.O.P (MD) No.14134 of 2019 ensure that the second respondent shall complete the investigation and file the final report as directed by this Court.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
