2. When this criminal original petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that final report was already filed before the jurisdictional Court on 09.12.2020 and that it is yet to be taken on file.

3. The learned jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take a call in the matter within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Registry to send a copy of this order to the jurisdictional Magistrate. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
