This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 74 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the award made in M.C.O.P.NO.268 of 2023, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Additional District and Sessions Court, Periyakulam.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.R1 name printed in the cause-list, no representation, called absent and set ex-parte. The learned counsel for the second respondent has no serious objection in allowing this Petition. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
