PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent, which is relating to disbursement of the petitioners pending wages, by considering the petitioners representation dated 10.07.2025, within the stipulated time.

This petitioner is having some dispute with the third respondent in connection with disbursement of wages. Therefore, he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the official respondents to take appropriate action as against the third respondent.

2.The petitioner has to redress his grievance before the appropriate forum and not before this Court, by invoking Article 226 of Constitution of India.
