It is seen from the records that the death of the sole respondent was informed to the learned counsel for the appellants by a memo filed by the learned counsel for the respondent dated 27.06.2018. Inspite of the same, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent, who died on 20.12.2017. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
