O R D E R

The writ petition is filed to quash the impugned order dated 05.04.2013 and consequential rejection order dated 30.07.2014 and 22.09.2015 and direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Sub Registrar Grade-I from date on which her juniors were permitted.

2. When the case was taken up today, it is submitted that the petitioner has voluntarily retired from service. Nothing further survives, hence the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
