PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records of the first respondent in proceedings Moo.Mu.No.2361/Aa3/2019, dated 19.106.2019 culminating in the order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.578/A2/2019, dated 03.09.2019 and quash the same and direct the respondents to continue to pay the salary and other benefits to the Government Aided Staff working in the petitioner school through the petitioner herein. For Petitioner in both petitions : Ms.Hema Muralikrishnan For Respondent in both petitions : Mr.M.Karuppasamy Government Advocate COMMON ORDER Ms.Hema Muralikrishnan, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioners and Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of respondents are before this Court.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for writ petitioners sought permission to withdraw these writ petitions, but made a plea to preserve the rights for Wattirayiruppu Sivakasi Nadar Uravin Muraiku Badhiyapatta Nadar Nadu Nillai Palli Nirvaga Committee to approach this Court on the same cause of action.
3. Learned Counsel for writ petitioners has made an endorsement to this effect in the case file.

Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, albeit preserving the rights for Wattirayiruppu Sivakasi Nadar Uravin Muraiku Badhiyapatta Nadar Nadu Nillai Palli Nirvaga Committee to approach this Court on the same cause of action, by arraying all necessary and proper parties.
