ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 5 r/w. 7(3) of Lotteries Regulation act, 1998 in Cr.No.614 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and the learned counsel for the intervenor.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got seven previous cases in similar nature of offences, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
