JUDGMENT

This appeal is pending from the year 2016 and placed before me on 08.02.2022, 16.02.2022 and on 01.03.2022. On all the hearing dates, the learned counsel for the appellant was not ready for arguments and on 01.03.2022, the learned counsel for the appellant was absent and the case was adjourned to 18.03.2022 under the caption 'for arguments or for orders'.

2. Today, ie., on 18.03.2022, also the learned counsel for the appellant is not ready for arguments. There is no use in keeping the case pending any further.

3. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
