According to learned counsel for the petitioner, there are disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.3 to 5 in respect of immovable properties and on a false complaint given by respondent Nos.3 to 5, the respondent Police have been harassing him, thereby, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on the other hand, submits that, respondent No.4 has filed a complaint before the Police against the petitioner and the same is registered as C.S.R.No.306 of 2023 and submitted further that, the enquiry has been conducted, wherein, both parties appeared and it was revealed in the enquiry that the petitioner has purchased three shares, 2/4

whereas, respondent Nos.3 to 5 have purchased one share on a joint family and the petitioner has taken up the constructions, in respect of that, the disputes arise. Both the parties are advised by the respondent Police to approach appropriate forum to resolve their disputes and the complaint of respondent No.4 was accordingly closed.

4. Since the representation given by respondent No.4 against the petitioner has already been closed, no further directions are given. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of and in case, if the petitioner has got any grievance, he is directed to approach the appropriate Civil Court.
