Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 4 and 5 from harassing the 1/3

petitioner by interfering in the landlord tenant dispute between the petitioner and the 7th respondent by implicating false cases with a view to evict the petitioner from the rented premises at the instances of the respondents 6, 7 and 8 and further more direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate legal action as against the 6th respondent for misusing his official position in interfering in the private civil dispute between the petitioner and the 7th respondent forthwith and pass any other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to forbear the respondents 4 and 5 from harassing the petitioner by interfering in the landlord tenant dispute between the petitioner and the 7th respondent by implicating false cases with a view to evict the petitioner from the rented premises at the instances of the respondents 6, 7 and 8 and further more direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate legal action as against the 6th respondent for misusing his official position in interfering in the private civil dispute between the petitioner and the 7th respondent forthwith.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
