The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / plaintiff filed a Memo dated 21.11.2023 stating that the Second Appeal is based on recovery of money. The suit was decreed on 21.02.2011. Execution proceedings were initiated in E.P.No.13 of 2022 on the file of the Trial

Court, namely, District Munsif Court, Karaikudi and the E.P. was closed by recording full satisfaction on 30.09.2022.
