residing at Karukkankuzhi, Thickanamcode, Kappiarai B village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District and now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District and set him at liberty forthwith.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN.J.) Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel, who appeared on behalf of the petitioner submits that already the entire bundle was handed over to the petitioner along with change of vakalath. However, even today the petitioner, who is none other than the mother of the detenu, did not engage any new counsel to defend the case on her behalf and no one appeared, either through pleader or by person. Hence, this petition is dismissed for default.
