Respondent/Respondent/Complainant Prayer : This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records of the impugned judgment, dated 12.04.2018 passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Criminal Appeal No.3 of 2017, confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track), Thanjavur, in C.C.No.99 of 2014, dated 09.12.2016 and to set aside the same by allowing the revision.

ORDER

Both the parties and their counsel are present through video conference.

2. The learned counsel for the parties submitted that the matter is settled in Mediation. Mediation report filed and both the parties and their counsel signed the settlement agreement. Both the revision petitioner and the respondent have arrived for an amicable settlement.

3. Mediation Report along with settlement agreement has been filed before this Court which have been signed by the revision petitioner and the respondent and also by their respective counsel. The revision petitioner, revision respondent and their counsel were also present through video conference. This Court enquired both the parties and is satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves.

4. In the above circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the petition pending. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as per the terms of the Settlement agreement and the settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of this order.
