ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to survey, demarcate and fix the boundary stone in the petitioner's property in S.No.368 1/A, measuring an extent of 0.6 ares, situated at Malaiyur Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2024 with necessary protection of the third respondent.

2. It is informed by Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 that the petitioner's application is at serial No. 51 and accordingly, as per serial numbers, his land shall be surveyed. 2/5

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner's grandfather has obtained decree in O.S.No.1016 of 1987 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukottai and no appeal has been filed challenging the same, as a result of which the decree has attained finality, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing the second respondent to survey, demarcate and fix the four boundaries of the petition mentioned property as per seniority list, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
