ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13686 of 2024, dated 21.08.2024. 1/4

2. In pursuance of the direction of this Court, the learned District Munsif/Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli, submitted a report, dated 09.09.2025 stating that the charge sheet was filed through e-filing on 07.11.2024 and the Court has issued a check slip for rectification of certain defects. Subsequently, the Investigation Officer resubmitted the final report manually on 22.08.2025 and after instructions, filed the same through e-filing on 04.09.2025 and taking note of the fact that one of the accused shown in the FIR was deleted in the final report, the same was taken on file in Crl.M.P.No.331 of 2025 and is pending.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that in Crl.M.P.No.331 of 2025, the Court has ordered notice to the complainant. 4.Recording the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to take part in the proceedings before the learned Judicial Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.331 of 2025.
