2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been 1/3

complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. Further, there is no previous case pending against the petitioner and investigation is under process. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13088 of 2023 on 18.07.2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
