PRAYER: The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code, against the order dated 17.11.2015 passed in A.S.No.51 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, whereby an order was passed to confirm the orders passed in O.S.No.319 of 2013, dated 06.03.2014 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. J U D G M E N T
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and he has also filed a Memo, dated 08.09.2023, to that effect. The Memo has been signed by the appellant as well as the respondents and their respective counsel. Some of the respondents appeared through video conference and some of the respondents appeared in person. As far as the respondent Nos.7, 8 and 9 are concerned, they are signed the compromise memo and identified by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and now they stated that they are not contesting the matter. It is reported that the 6th respondent died and Memo dated 19.09.2023 has been filed to that effect. The said memo is recorded.

2. Recording the Joint Compromise Memo dated 08.09.2023, the Second Appeal is disposed of. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the decree. No costs.
