ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4) of BNS Act, 2023 in Cr.No.361 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the nature of allegations that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and threatened him on knife point and robbed the jewels, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
