ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 24.06.2022 to the respondents for surveying the lands in Survey Nos.196/4, 196/5, 196/6, 162/2B2, 194/6A1, 194/8, 194/9 situated at Athikaripatti Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District. Since the said application has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents submits that though the petitioner has submitted his application in the month of June 2022, the respondents have failed to consider the same and they would conduct survey within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
