JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant circulated a letter dated 09.01.2023 for withdrawing the second appeal. The learned counsel for the appellant also enclosed the letter written by the appellant, wherein it was stated by the appellant that the respondent-Indian Oil Corporation and the appellant had reached a compromise, whereunder the respondents agreed to consider the claim of the appellant for allotment of dealership and retail outlet favorably. The said letter written by the appellant to the counsel for the appellant is recorded.
