This Writ Petition has been filed seeking approval of petitioner Kanagamani, appointment as Secretary of the petitionerSchool for the period from 2015 to 2018.
2. Mr.S.Xavier Rajini, learned counsel for the petitioner on record submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the third respondent has issued proceedings approving the petitioner as Secretary of the petitioner-School and placed a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 29.01.2016 before this Court.
3. In view of the above factual position, in the considered opinion of this Court, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 3/6

6. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
