Pursuant to the notice issued in this habeas corpus petition filed by the mother alleging that her daughter aged about 27 years along with her grandson, aged 6 years are found missing, the respondent Police has registered the complaint and found that the daughter and grandson of the petitioner are living safely at Namakkal and working in a private company. The respondent Police has secured and produced them before this Court. The petitioner is also present before this Court.

2. On enquiry, the detenue states that due to some matrimonial misunderstanding with her husband, she left the home and has been gainfully employed in a private company at Namakkal and now, after seeing her mother and husband, she has reconciled the difference and wishes to live with her husband. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Recording the above statement of the detenue, the habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
