ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the respondent herein, under which, he has refused to register a sale deed and returned the document on the alleged ground of pendency of a civil suit before the District Munsif court, Karur.

2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, it was later clarified that no civil suit is pending with regard to the property in dispute. Thereafter, the respondent has proceeded to register the document. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. The writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 26.09.2022 Index :
