ORDER
The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Crime No.569 of 2024, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to conclude the investigation in Crime No.569 of 2024 and file the final report 1/4
within a stipulated time.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that they have already examined five witnesses sofar and they have to examine few witnesses and therefore, they require three more weeks to conclude the investigation.
3. Considering the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.569 of 2024 and file the final report within a period of four weeks.
