Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents preventing to make Nuisance against the petitioner by way of constructing New Over Head Tank in Front (Northern boundary) of petitioner's property situated at Plot No.1 in Survey No.318/5, Kootudan Kaadu Village, Thoothukudi Taluk and District. ORDER

The petitioner's apprehension is that in front of her house a water tank may be installed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate clarified that there is no proposal to install any water tank in front of the petitioner's house. It is stated that in future also 2/4

no such construction will come up. Since the said submission addresses the concerns expressed by the petitioner, there is nothing further to adjudicate in this writ petition.
