O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the Petitioner, dated 5.7.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The Petitioner submitted a representation before the first respondent seeking deletion of the property in S.No.628/9 situated at Thotanoothu Village, Dindigul District from the name of Boomithana Board in the records maintained by the first respondent, based on the civil Court decree obtained by (*)Predecessor-in-interest in O.S.No.469/1983, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Dindigul. The second respondent had already submitted his recommendation to the first respondent on the request made by one Muruganandam, who is similarly placed. The representation submitted by the petitioner has not been considered till date.

Hence, the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.It appears that the second respondent already submitted a report before the first respondent relating to the effect of the Civil Court decree in O.S.No.469 of 1983. Therefore the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 5.7.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after affording reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner and taking into consideration the report submitted by the second respondent dated 23.4.2024 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.
