ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from surveying and demarcating the land bearing SF.No.24/3 in Andipatti, Andipatti Sub-division, Andipatti Village, Theni District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 27.08.2024.

2. Though the above said relief is claimed by the petitioner, considering the fact that an application to cancel the subdivision already granted pursuant to the petitioner's application, has been filed by the 5th respondent and the same is pending in Na.Ka.No.1147/2024/m2 before

the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the said application after affording an opportunity to the petitioner to submit his objection. If after hearing the parties the 2nd respondent is still of the view that a resurvey has to be done, he shall proceed to conduct survey of the petition mentioned property and pass orders. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
