RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16250 of 2021 dated 26.10.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PANDIAN.M., Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16250 of 2021, dated 26.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a daily coolie and he is unable to comply with the directions of this Court and that the same may be modified.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that considering the offence as allegedly committed by the petitioner, the condition may be modified. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., every Monday at 10.30a.m., for a period of 6 weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
