Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MUTHUMALAI RAJA.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.15548 of 2021, dated 20.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the 1st petitioner is aged 67 years and he has some old age ailments, the second petitioner is the daughter of the 1st petitioner and they could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time.
