The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 15 by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated and that after conducting enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
