ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.03.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that taking note of the civil dispute existing between the parties, the respondent police, referred the petitioner's complaint to the DRO and closed the matter.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
