No. 2186, Seeniyapuram, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 04.05.2023 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.CHOKKUSAMY M, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as fifth respondent in the Writ Petition.
