3.Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.196 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Thanjavur to the Family Court, Pudukkottai. The Family Court, Thanjavur is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai forthwith. The Family Court, Pudukkottai, is directed to dispose H.M.O.P.No.196 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 4.In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
