This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 16.08.2023 seeking to to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in C.C.No.12 of 2022 on the file of the Learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Peravurani, Thanjavur District and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the trial Court after conducting the trial, had acquitted the petitioners and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also produced a copy of the judgment passed by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani in C.C.No.12 of 2022, dated 18.10.2024. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
