(MD).No.15475 of 2021 dt.20.10.2021 on the file of this Honble Court in Cr.No.55 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THANGARAJ S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15475 of 2021, dated 20.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only for ten days.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
