ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue the prayer along with his friends, relatives and well wishers in his premises at Door No.3/150, 1/3
Karumpilamvilai, Perinchakonam, Chenkody Post, Mecode Village, Verkilambi Panchayat, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 08.06.2018, requesting to permit the petitioner to conduct the prayer without any hindrance at Door No.3/150, Karumpilamvilai, Perinchakonam, Chenkody Post, Mecode Village, Verkilambi Panchayat, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District. According to the petitioner, there is some disturbance from one group, therefore, based on the Troublesome Act, the petitioner filed this petition before this Court.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the fifth respondent/Inspector of Police, Thiruvattar Police Station has enquired the matter, stating that one Rajaiyan has given a complaint against the petitioner and after enquiry the said complaint was closed.
4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on records.
5. Taking note of the above said facts, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders, after giving opportunity to the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
6. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
