ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to instruct the third respondent to consider the representation sent by the petitioner dated 11.07.2025 and consequently, direct the third respondent to grant leave to the petitioner's son Nithyanand, S/o.Vijayalingam, a convict Prisoner in PID No. 410040 confined at the Central Prison, Madurai forthwith without escort. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and the limited relief sought for in the writ petition and without going into the merits of

the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 11.07.2025 strictly in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
