ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 20.08.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was in love with one Mohamed Riyash Khan and they had married on 20.04.2024 and since the petitioner's relatives have been threatening the petitioner and her husband, they were forced to lodged a complaint, but there was no action till now.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that they have received the complaint through post 2/4

and CSR came to be registered and they have already issued summons for the appearance of the petitioner as well as the private respondents.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and to the private respondents for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and there is no question of orally summoning the parties to the police station. The second respondent will conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
