2. This criminal original petition has been filed for forbearing the respondent police from harassing the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the complaint given by the fifth respondent was enquired into and closed on 30.09.2021.

4. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
