(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) The Contempt Petition is filed complaining of the disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.1890 of 2020, dated 24.02.2020. 2.This Court has disposed of the said Writ Petition by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law. Further, it is stated that if by virtue of an order of any superior forum or body, the petitioner's representation has to be rejected, the same should be communicated to the petitioner, to enable him to take appropriate steps thereupon. With such directions the Writ Petition was disposed of.

3.After the said order was passed, the District Collector, Madurai District, in his proceedings Na.Ka.47412/L8/2020, dated 17.09.2021, has considered the representation of the Contempt Petitioner, in compliance of the order of this Court, dated 24.02.2020, and passed orders rejecting the claim of the petitioner that he belonged to Hindu Kattu Nayakan Community, based on the proceedings of the Tamil Nadu State Level Scrutiny Committee Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 27.03.2021. As directed in the order of this Court dated 24.02.2020, if the petitioner is so aggreived, it is open to him to challenge the order passed by the District Collector in obedience to the order of this Court.
